ALE-HOP has opened a new store concept in Ondara, focusing on customer experience with surprising and interactive elements.

The company ALE-HOP, with over 360 stores in Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Croatia, has selected Ondara to launch a new establishment concept where customer experience is the central focus. Upon entering, a giant piano invites interaction, aiming to "make the store sound like creativity," while themed rooms and interactive booths feature surprising elements: 13,000 hidden ducks, swings, walls of plush toys, and constant nods to the brand's universe. As the company summarizes, "giant pianos, hidden ducks, and interactive booths transform shopping into an adventure."
The new store spans 322 m², with 275 m² dedicated to the display and sale of its own design products, organized into categories such as fun, kids, stationery, fashion, home, sports, or electronics. The opening pays homage to the brand's origins, founded in 1991 in Gata de Gorgos, and maintains a cautious, self-financed expansion policy focused on company-owned stores with zero debt.
ALE-HOP will celebrate the inauguration this Saturday at 10:30 AM with an open day for media, customers, and brand followers, who can explore the new experience rooms and participate in special activities prepared for the occasion.
The company, known for the iconic cow that presides over the entrance of each store, currently employs over 2,600 people and maintains a clear international focus, with a consolidated presence in the Mediterranean and Southern Europe.
