The municipal employment agency Onda Inserta has launched a new training program in commerce, logistics, and warehouse activities, offering 25 places for young people aged 16 to 30.

This course, running until June 1, is designed for young people enrolled in the Youth Guarantee Plan. The main objective is to facilitate their entry into the labor market by providing useful training tailored to the current needs of the local business sector.
During the 120 hours of the program, taught in morning sessions, participants will acquire multidisciplinary knowledge. The curriculum includes modules on employability, digital competencies for employment, auxiliary commerce activities, logistics and warehousing, and obtaining a food handler's certificate.

"We are clear that the best investment is the one we make in the training of our young people. We want the residents of Onda to have all the tools at their disposal to be competitive and to be able to fill the vacancies demanded by companies in our municipality."

Among the most notable aspects of the course is theoretical and practical training for forklift operation, a highly sought-after skill by industrial and commercial companies in Onda and its surrounding area. The training utilizes municipal facilities, with classes held in the Monteblanco Training and Employment Center Auditorium and digital competency sessions in the computer room of the Casa de la Cultura.
