The town of Benicàssim became the hub of railway passion with the celebration of the XXII Scale Model Ride-On Train Meeting, an event that attracted enthusiasts from across the national territory.

Last Saturday, April 11, the Parc del Trenet de Benicàssim was the setting for this traditional gathering, which officially began at 11:00 AM with the inauguration ceremony. The event was attended by the mayor of Benicàssim, Susana Marqués, and the Child Queen, Ariadna Galán Zorrilla, who performed the symbolic ribbon-cutting.
In addition to the authorities, various local festival participants and members of the municipal corporation attended, highlighting the cultural and social importance of the event for the town. The meeting showcased a wide variety of locomotive compositions, authentic works of scale engineering that traveled the tracks of the park.
This edition brought together railway modeling associations from various regions of Spain, including Madrid, Andalusia, and Catalonia, as well as different parts of the Valencian Community, solidifying Benicàssim as a national benchmark in ride-on model trains.
