The initiative seeks professionals from the hospitality sector interested in developing a sustainable tourism project in the municipality. The initial concession is for ten years, with the possibility of extension, and includes the comprehensive management of the space.
The contract covers the management of the hostel, classroom, multi-purpose room, activity park, and the custody of the entire estate, with a commitment to preserving the natural environment. The deadline for submitting bids is May 12.
“"This initiative will allow us to highlight one of Puçol's most important natural enclaves, opting for a sustainable tourism model that generates economic activity and respects the environment."
The complex will become operational once the rehabilitation works are completed, funded by European PRTR funds. These works include improvements in energy efficiency, facilities, renewable energies, and equipment, thus reinforcing Puçol's commitment to nature tourism and the revitalization of its rural environment.
