The concession, with an initial duration of 10 years extendable, includes the comprehensive management of the space. The base bidding fee, upwards, is set at 3,408.49 euros. This contract covers the management of the hostel, classroom, multi-purpose room, activity park, and the custody of the entire property, with a commitment to preserving the natural environment.

The complex will become operational after the completion of rehabilitation works, funded by European PRTR funds.
