La Pobla de Farnals has joined the Horta Neta SOS Climate Emergency campaign by the Joves.net network, organizing an environmental awareness activity on May 9 to explore and care for the municipality's natural environment.

This initiative aims to promote youth participation and increase environmental consciousness through an interpretive route, a clean-up action, and a tour of ecologically valuable areas within the municipality of La Pobla de Farnals.
The event will begin at the Plaça de les Corts Valencianes, from where an environmental awareness walk will start, including an interpretive route about local flora and nature. Participants can find detailed information on the Horta Neta 2026 website.
During the day, a clean-up action will be carried out on the beach, the breakwater, and the green filter. The day will conclude at the Marjal de Rafalell i Vistabella, an area that is part of the Valencian Catalogue of Wetlands and serves as an important refuge for the region's biodiversity.
To conclude, attendees will enjoy a shared breakfast, thus fostering coexistence and collaboration among all participants in this environmental initiative.
