Beniarjó is preparing to host a new edition of SaforFest, the region's major youth gathering in La Safor, next Friday, June 26th.

The event, organized by Calaix Jove de la Safor and the Youth Department of the Mancomunitat de Municipis de la Safor, aims to foster youth participation, encourage coexistence, and promote healthy leisure alternatives.
The day will kick off at 7 PM in carrer Parc de l’Estació with a wide range of activities. Attendees can participate in workshops such as archery, Zumba, capoeira, calisthenics, Valencian pilota, rowing, traditional games, and aerial acrobatics. The exhibition “Mans a l’obra. Corresponsabilitat” will also be inaugurated, alongside fun activities like nerf, soft combat, and board games.
Youth associations and regional entities, including scout groups, sports clubs, animal welfare associations, Creu Roja Joventut (Red Cross Youth), and equality collectives, will have information booths to showcase their work.
From 9 PM, the batukada group El Comboi will provide a musical prelude, followed at 10 PM in the Poliesportiu Municipal de Beniarjó by a concert from the group Low Kost, a set by DJ Adrià Simó, a foam party, and a healthy cocktail area.
The organization will provide a free bus service with prior registration from various municipalities to facilitate participation. The event will also feature a Violet Point to ensure a safe and respectful day.
The Beniarjó City Council has expressed its satisfaction in hosting this event, which reaffirms the municipality's commitment to fostering participation, coexistence, and healthy leisure among young people.
