The municipality of Caudiel has held a new edition of its traditional Cherry Fair, an event that serves to promote the gastronomic wealth, craftsmanship, and folklore of the town.

The event, which holds the recognition of Provincial Tourist Interest Festival, has gathered visitors interested in learning about local production. During the day, the Caudiel Musical Union enlivened the opening of a fair that serves as a showcase for local associations.
One of the main attractions was the tasting of the Caudiel stew, a traditional dish where pork is the main ingredient. The organization distributed thousands of portions accompanied by bread, wine, and cherries for the attendees.
In addition to the gastronomic offer, the program included activities for all ages, such as traditional wooden games. Likewise, guided tours were held at the church and the chapel of the Virgin of the Lost Child, allowing visitors to discover the historical heritage of this municipality in the Alto Palancia region.
