The program will bring together national and international artists linked to electronics, sound experimentation, and contemporary audiovisual creation in Castelló. This edition's lineup includes performances by Peaches, Cora Novoa, HORMA + Azael Ferrer, and Rachael.
The event will once again transform the EACC into a space dedicated to the artistic exploration of issues related to the body, technology, identity, and sound experimentation from inclusive and contemporary perspectives.
The day will begin at 5:30 PM with a performance by Rachael, a Madrid-based DJ specializing in sets built from electro, techno, and other electronic languages, with a particular focus on vinyl mixing.
Subsequently, HORMA and Azael Ferrer will present ‘Matadero’, an audiovisual proposal combining electronic music, live visuals, and performance to reflect on identity and the body within the context of posthumanism and artificial intelligence.
Galician artist Cora Novoa will offer her show ‘A/V Live’, a proposal that fuses techno, sound research, and visual experimentation from a conceptual and sensory perspective.
The day will conclude starting at 9:00 PM with Peaches, an international reference in electroclash and queer and feminist activism, who will headline a DJ set focused on the dance floor as a space for collective celebration and advocacy.
The SONORAS programming will also coincide with one of the activities of the Tragapinyols Festival, which will hold a morning performance by the group Ruïnosa y las Strippers de Rahola, featuring a punk aesthetic and a reivindicative character based on acid humor, social criticism, and DIY culture.
All scheduled activities will be free of charge until full capacity is reached.
