The SOM Festival in Castellón has announced new additions to its 2026 lineup, featuring prominent figures such as Plácido Domingo, Pablo López, Siempre Así, and Los Morancos, reinforcing its commitment to a diverse and high-quality program.

The SOM Festival, held at the Port of Castellón, continues to shape its next edition with the announcement of four new artists who promise to attract a wide audience. These additions underscore the festival's commitment to a varied cultural offering, ranging from opera to comedy.
Pianist and composer Pablo López will perform on July 17. Known for his sensitivity and ability to move audiences live, the artist from Málaga will offer an intimate performance where the piano will be the focal point of an emotional experience with the public.
One of the world's greatest music figures, Plácido Domingo, will take the stage on July 26. The tenor will perform in an exceptional format with the Orquestra Simfònica de Castelló. His presence at the festival represents a unique opportunity to enjoy one of the most influential voices in recent history, recognized with multiple Emmy and Grammy awards.
The musical lineup is completed by Siempre Así, who will perform on Sunday, August 2. With over 35 years of career and more than 1,500 concerts, the Seville-based group will bring their rumbas, turning their performance into a celebration with emblematic songs like “Se me va” or “Para volver a volver”.
Humor will also have its place with Los Morancos, performing on August 8. The duo, a benchmark for comedy in Spain since the 80s, will present their new show ‘Bota Antonia’, following the success of their performance in the 2025 edition. Their show will combine humor, music, and flamenco touches, maintaining their characteristic friendly and lighthearted style.
With these additions, the SOM Festival solidifies its position as one of the most prominent cultural events of the summer in the Valencian Community. The series will take place between July 17 and August 9 in a privileged setting next to the Mediterranean Sea. The festival is a production of Disparate Entertainment and Vibra Music, and is supported by the Castellón City Council, Port Castelló, the Diputación de Castellón, and the Generalitat Valenciana. Tickets are already available for purchase on the official festival website.
