La Unió Llauradora i Ramadera has denounced the serious situation caused by the Ministry of Agriculture for not publishing the resolution of aid for the first installation of young farmers, failing to meet established deadlines.

According to the agricultural organization, 106 days have passed since the legal deadline to resolve these aids. The maximum deadline was January 7, 2026, six months after the publication of the call on July 7, 2025, as established by regulations.
La Unió regrets that the Ministry has not yet published the resolution of the files for young farmers and ranchers, which amount to about 430 favorable applications. This situation creates absolute uncertainty, as the affected young people cannot make key decisions for their farms.

"We are not facing a simple administrative delay, but a situation that blocks life projects and puts the generational handover in the Valencian countryside at real risk."

the general secretary of La Unió
The lack of resolution conditions fundamental issues such as the processing of CAP aid, access to national reserve rights, or the formalization of land leases included in their business plans. With the CAP deadline closing on April 30 (with an expected extension until May 15), many young people could lose a full year.
The agricultural organization insists that compliance with deadlines is an essential obligation of any public administration. They recall that the call itself establishes that the resolution must be published on the Generalitat's electronic headquarters, which has not occurred, worsening the helplessness of the applicants.

"We are not asking for aid to be granted without criteria, but for it to be resolved in a timely and proper manner. What is not acceptable is that administrative inaction becomes an obstacle for young people who want to join the agricultural sector."
