The working session of the Vila-real body, which includes nearly 70 minors, involved evaluating the solidarity sandwich activity held on March 13 and a dynamic to foster cultural exchange. This marks the Council's seventh session this academic year.

The Councillor for Citizen Participation, Miriam Caravaca, welcomed the participating students and teachers, highlighting the enrichment these initiatives bring to young people, as they allow for the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and traditions with students from other countries.
The Fundación Flors explained that the arrival of the Italian delegation is part of the first Erasmus+ exchange for early childhood and primary education, expanding the program after its success in secondary and vocational training. The Italian counterpart is IC Bursi Spezzano, from Fiorano Modenese.
The first phase of the project took place in Italy from April 14 to 21, with the participation of 18 sixth-grade primary students and three teachers from Vila-real. The second phase, occurring in Spain from April 21 to 28, involves 16 Italian students and six teachers. The program aims for full immersion, with students staying with host families in both countries.
