The new additions to the Salera shopping center are Scalpers, a fashion brand, and Rossellimac, an Apple Premium Reseller. Both brands already have establishments in the center of La Plana's capital and are now expanding their presence to the shopping center. Their arrival follows the relocation of Bershka and Stradivarius, both from the Inditex group, to new premises to gain space and implement their latest store models.
Bershka's relocation has allowed Cortefiel to move into its former location, which is already being announced to customers, although without a specific opening date. According to information from Salera's investment fund owners, Lighthouse Properties and Resilient Reit, lease agreements have been signed for the new stores, utilizing the space vacated by Stradivarius.
In addition to these openings, the Castellón shopping center is also preparing for the arrival of TK Maxx, a US-based discount chain, which will be located next to the Alcampo hypermarket. The opening date for this store, which currently only has one establishment in Barcelona, has not yet been confirmed. Furthermore, Lefties, another affordable fashion brand from Inditex, is finalizing work to update its store in Salera, with a reopening scheduled for April 23.
The shopping center maintains its appeal to major operators, as demonstrated by the 2025 balance, which closed with only 0.2% of commercial space vacant, according to the same sources.
