The town of Nules is preparing to host today, Saturday, May 2, Serafín Zubiri with his new show, 'El Guateque de los 70', a proposal that promises to transport the audience to one of the most brilliant decades in musical history.

Accompanied by his inseparable piano and the powerful ZUBIRI’S BAND, made up of five top-level musicians, Zubiri will offer a journey through the great hits that marked an entire generation. This show is presented as an authentic celebration of the unforgettable 'guateques', those gatherings full of music, dance, and emotions that defined the 1970s.
The repertoire includes iconic songs by legendary artists such as Roberto Carlos, Raphael, Camilo Sesto, Mocedades, Tom Jones, Pablo Abraira, Miguel Gallardo, Albert Hammond, Joan Manuel Serrat, or Nino Bravo, among others. Anthems that remain alive in the collective memory and that, on this occasion, will once again move the audience as if they were heard for the first time.
In addition to his impeccable career on stage, Serafín Zubiri is widely recognized for having represented Spain twice at the Eurovision Song Contest. The artist, blind from birth, also left his mark in the world of cinema by performing the main theme in the Spanish version of The Walt Disney Company's mythical film Beauty and the Beast.
The artist returns to Nules especially excited after his performance in 2023 at the Teatro Alcázar, where he paid tribute to the unforgettable Nino Bravo. Both the Nules City Council and the artist himself have wanted to highlight the special bond that unites them: the council is very satisfied to be able to count once again on such a beloved artist in the town, who left an indelible mark in his previous performance, while Zubiri has expressed his gratitude for the trust placed in him again.
The concert will take place on Saturday, May 2, at 8:00 p.m. Initially scheduled for the Plaza Mayor, the event has been moved to the Nules Multipurpose Hall (Marco Antonio Ortí Street) due to weather forecasts. Admission will be free until full capacity is reached, thanks to the Department of Culture of the Nules City Council.

A night to sing, remember… and feel again.
