Almassora will host Health Week from April 14 to 17, an initiative aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles through practical workshops and informative sessions open to all citizens.

The activities will take place in the training room of the Town Hall, from 09:30 to 11:00 AM. The program will cover crucial topics for daily well-being, such as diabetes, hypertension, proper nutrition, the importance of physical exercise, and the prevention of various addictions.
