This service will be provided through the Integral Documentation Vehicle (VIDOC), which will be operational on June 2nd and July 8th at the Espai de la Música, located at Los Dolores street, 132. The service hours will be in the morning, starting at 9:00 AM.

The VIDOC is equipped with state-of-the-art technology that allows documents to be issued in approximately ten minutes, which helps to streamline procedures and improve citizen service. In addition to the issuance and renewal of the DNI and passport, the service will also offer the possibility of updating digital DNI certificates, thus facilitating access to electronic identification services.
Regarding fees, the cost of issuing the DNI will be 12 euros, while the passport will cost 30 euros. It is important to remember that users must bring an updated photograph to complete the process. The management of applications and the organization of appointments is carried out in coordination with the Benicàssim City Council, which channels requests through the email renovaciondni@benicassim.org, by phone at 964 30 09 62 —through the Citizen Information Service— or in person at municipal offices.
