A guitarist from Dénia has launched «SONATinAS», a project aiming to redefine the classical solo recital with an immersive stage production and a vinyl recording.

The «SONATinAS» project is presented as an innovative initiative seeking to position itself at the forefront of scenic innovation, breaking away from the rigidity of the traditional classical recital format. The proposal aims to transform sound into a complete sensory experience, moving beyond pure musical interpretation.
The «SONATinAS» program revolves around three original works from different eras, including two sonatas and a sonatina, hence the project's name. Its uniqueness lies in how the music and repertoire are presented to the public, featuring elaborate staging, projected images, and a voice-over that dialogues with each piece.

More than a radical break, SONATinAS is conceived as a natural evolution of the format, a way to expand its limits without renouncing its musical essence.

To bring this launch to fruition, the musician has initiated a crowdfunding campaign on Verkami. The objective is to finance both the discographic production, which will include CDs and vinyls, and the scenic development of the project. Individuals and companies can collaborate by pre-purchasing materials or tickets.
The show will begin touring Spanish cities starting in September, and its official presentation is scheduled for June in Dénia, the musician's hometown. All information and updates will be shared via the Instagram profile @sonat.in.as.
