Audience protests over sound issues, which had been reported since the beginning of the day, forced a pause in the concert. Complaints intensified when the Basque artist's performance began, with numerous attendees whistling and demanding better volume.

Faced with the situation, Leire Martínez apologized to the audience, and the organization attempted to increase the volume. However, according to witnesses, the sound level dropped again during the following song, leading to further complaints. The singer and her band left the stage for a few minutes before resuming the performance with improved sound, although some audience members still felt the volume was inadequate for a festival of this nature.

Social media platforms were filled with messages of discontent, with attendees reporting that the concert "could not be heard" and criticizing the organization for the technical interruption. The issue exclusively affected the stage where Leire Martínez was performing, while other concerts scheduled simultaneously proceeded normally.

This edition of the Festival de les Arts is the first to be held following the implementation of new measures to reduce noise pollution. The organization has installed sound barriers, reoriented stages, and set a nocturnal volume limit of 80 decibels, advancing the end of concerts to 1:00 AM to balance musical activity with neighborhood rest.
