Benetússer is preparing to celebrate its 2026 Major Festivals, taking place from June 19th to 28th, with a diverse program including music, tradition, and activities for all audiences.

The Benetússer 2026 Major Festivals will fill the town's streets with music, tradition, culture, and citizen participation from June 19th to 28th. The City Council has designed a program for all ages and tastes, featuring children's, youth, and adult events, themed nights, and activities organized in collaboration with local associations.
The celebration will kick off on Friday, June 19th, with the lighting of the festive lights and the presentation of the 2026 festival representatives, who represent Benetússer's entities. This symbolic event, including the election of the Major Festival Queen or King, will take place at 9:30 PM in the Cardenal Benlloch Square.
One of the main attractions will be the second edition of the Intúzer Fest, held on June 25th, 26th, and 27th. On Thursday the 25th, Las Ninyas del Corro (hip hop) will perform; on Friday the 26th, it will be the turn of Benito Kamelas' rock music; and on Saturday the 27th, the festival will close with La Habitación Roja (indie-pop).
This year marks the 45th anniversary of the Moors and Christians festivals, integrated into the program. The highlight will be the Grand Gala Parade on Saturday, June 27th, at 10:30 PM. There will also be a Children's Parade on Wednesday, June 24th, at 8:00 PM.
Music will play a leading role with performances such as “El Conciertazo” by the Unión Musical de Benetússer, titled “Efecto 2000”, on Saturday, June 20th, at 10:00 PM in the Cardenal Benlloch Square.
The festivals will maintain their traditional and religious dimension with events like the Corpus Christi Procession on Sunday, June 21st, at 8:00 PM, accompanied by the Banda Primitiva and the Unión Musical de Benetússer. The Flower Offering to Sant Sebastià on Friday, June 26th, at 8:30 PM, is also a highlight.
The City Council emphasizes the involvement of numerous local associations, collectives, and entities, which make possible open, plural, and participatory festivals, reinforcing Benetússer's spirit of brotherhood.
The festivals will conclude on Sunday, June 28th, with the Grand Final Festival Parade, starting at 7:30 PM from the Camí Vell de Picassent, marking the end of ten days of shared celebration.
