Currently, the municipality of Paterna has facilities such as the Youth House of Central Park or the room in the Milagro Ferrer building in the center. However, the PP believes these resources are insufficient to meet the needs of all neighborhoods.
Therefore, the Popular Party proposes extending this model to other areas such as Campamento, Valterna, Terramelar, La Canyada, and Santa Rita. The goal is to ensure that young people have spaces close to their homes where they can meet, engage in activities, and strengthen their social relationships.
The party emphasizes that, in an era increasingly focused on social networks and where socialization problems are detected among young people, it is essential to offer in-person alternatives that favor direct encounters and interaction.
The objective is that no young person in Paterna is left without a nearby place where they can socialize and develop activities in an appropriate environment.
The proposal includes conducting a study of existing municipal buildings to assess the transfer of rooms that can be used for youth, as well as the possibility of constructing new spaces in neighborhoods where necessary. With this initiative, the PP of Paterna reaffirms its commitment to the youth of the municipality and to the creation of environments that promote their well-being and active participation in social life.
