The PSPV Secretary General, Diana Morant, today in Dénia criticized the budgets presented by the Valencian government, calling them a 'contract' between the PP and Vox to ensure Pérez Llorca's continuation as president.

During the event ‘Ací Estem Pel Municipalisme’ held at L’Espai L’Androna in the Maritime Station of Dénia, where the Council of Mayors was constituted and Irene Navarro, mayor of Petrer, was appointed president, Diana Morant made these statements. The meeting brought together socialist mayors and spokespersons.
Morant recalled that “three years of PP and Vox legislature” have passed with “five different governments, two Generalitat presidents, and three racist, xenophobic, and regressive budgets”. According to the socialist leader, these accounts represent “the contract that Abascal and Feijóo closed” to avoid elections in the Comunitat Valenciana during a time of “unprecedented political and institutional crisis”. She criticized that the Comunitat Valenciana “will be the first where Vox's imposed national priority will be applied”.
The Secretary General of the Valencian socialists pointed out that Pérez Llorca's presidency has led to “new crises”, such as the “housing crisis”, a “political scandal” over the distribution of public housing to “PP friends and family”, the “privatization of healthcare”, and an “unprecedented crisis in the educational community”. Morant noted that it is already “the third week of indefinite strike” by the educational community, and Pérez Llorca “is not present, nor is he expected”.
“We were wondering where Pérez Llorca was, and he was sitting with Vox because that's all that interests him”, lamented Morant, who contrasted that “while socialists sit with the Comunitat Valenciana, with society, Pérez Llorca only sits with Vox”.
Finally, Diana Morant issued a “very clear message”: “We have endured three unbearable years, but there is only one year left for us to recover a Generalitat that is truly dignified and addresses what is important”. She concluded that “what is important is housing, our children's education, and healthcare, which we feel is collapsing”.
