The Massamagrell City Council has established a partnership with the Universitat Politècnica de València to develop a technological prototype aimed at improving irrigation efficiency in municipal green spaces.

This initiative, which will be carried out in the Parque Diputació de València, is part of the Gartwin project. The main objective is the application of digital and intelligent tools for more sustainable management of water resources in the town's garden areas.
The development of this system will not involve any cost to the municipal treasury, as funding comes entirely from the UPV research program. The agreement will allow university knowledge to be applied to real public management challenges.

"These types of collaborations allow innovation and university knowledge to be brought closer to municipalities, facilitating the implementation of projects that improve public services and move towards more efficient and sustainable resource management."
