Valencia Women's FC will compete in the promotion tie to the top division against Villarreal Women, with the first match this Saturday at Ciudad Deportiva José Manuel Llaneza.

Valencia Women's FC, relegated last season, will fight to return to the Liga Femenina Moeve in a playoff against Villarreal Women. The tie will be played over two legs, starting this Saturday, May 23rd, at 6 PM in the 'Mini Estadi' of the Ciudad Deportiva José Manuel Llaneza.
The return leg will take place on Saturday, May 30th, at the same time, in the 'Estadi Antonio Puchades' at the VCF Sports City in Paterna. The team managed by Mikel Crespo reaches this final after overcoming CD Alba Fundación in an exciting semi-final.
The first match will be broadcast on 'V Play', Villarreal's online platform. Historically, Valencia Women's FC has had a favorable record against Villarreal, winning eight out of twelve matches played between the two teams from the Valencian Community.
The Valencian club will be without their goalkeeper, Jana Xin, due to injury, but the team is confident in their ability to turn the situation around and regain their place in the top tier of women's football.
