Feijóo backs Prohens for re-election as PP of Balearic Islands president

The leader of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, is attending this Saturday the XVII regional congress of the Balearic 'populares', where Marga Prohens is the sole candidate for her re-election as party president.

The Palacio de Congresos in Palma is hosting the congress from 09:30 AM, which begins with speeches from the party presidents in Palma, Jaime Martínez, and in Mallorca, Llorenç Galmés. Subsequently, the president of the organizing committee, Marga Durán, will present the report and proceed to the vote.
The general secretary of the PP of the Balearic Islands, Sandra Fernández, will present the management report of recent years, followed by the presentation of the Political Strategy, by Antònia Roca, and Statutes, by Ramón Sintes.
At 11:30 AM, the current leader of the Balearic 'populares', Marga Prohens, will speak, who is expected to be re-elected to the post. The congress will conclude with Feijóo's address.
