The Serra Town Council will allocate 385,000 euros for the final restoration of the Torre del Señor, a Site of Cultural Interest, thanks to a grant from the Diputación de València.

This investment, part of the Valencian Heritage Recovery Plan, will enable the completion of the rehabilitation of this representative element of the municipality. The work focuses on consolidating the structure and adapting the space for public access.
The action continues a project that began in 2019 with an initial intervention phase. With this new funding, pending tasks will be completed to ensure the monument's conservation, reinforce its structure, and enhance its value as a visitable heritage resource and cultural landmark in Serra.

"This intervention represents a decisive step to recover a key element of our historical and cultural identity, and to open it to citizens as a space for knowledge and collective pride."

The announcement of the grant's concession was made during the presentation of the Valencian Heritage Recovery Plan at the Diputación de València. With this initiative, the council reinforces its commitment to local heritage conservation and ensures the protection of the Torre del Señor de la Vila for future generations. This action joins others already carried out in the municipality, such as the restoration of the Ermita tower or the first phase of intervention in the Ermita de Sant Josep y la Creu.
