Hundreds of people of all ages participated last Friday in Dénia in the Activa’t Fest, a socio-sports event driven by Physical Conditioning students to promote healthy habits.

Dénia experienced a major physical activity festival last Friday with the celebration of the Activa’t Fest. This socio-sports event, open to all citizens, successfully brought together hundreds of participants around sports, health, and community. The initiative was driven by students from the Higher Technician in Physical Conditioning (TSAF) training cycle at IES Historiador Chabàs, with the support of the Dénia Sports Centre and the Department of Sports.
During the morning, the different areas set up around the municipal trinquet, the Dénia Sports Centre, and the adjoining sports complex became a meeting point for people of all ages. Directed classes were offered in disciplines such as dance, indoor cycling, cardiocombat, GAP, Pilates, yoga, full body, and healthy back activities. The event saw notable participation from educational centers in Dénia and the Marina Alta region.
The Activa’t Fest continued in the afternoon, until 8 PM, with more sports sessions, recreational activities, and participation spaces open to the entire population. The main objective of the day was to promote healthy lifestyle habits, encourage sports practice, and highlight the work carried out by the TSAF cycle students. The event was conceived as a grand festival of physical activity and community, transforming municipal sports facilities into an accessible, inclusive, and participatory place to enjoy sports.
