Nobuo Uematsu to Perform in Valencia with Japan Sound Quest

The Final Fantasy composer will give his first full concert in Spain on December 18th at the Roig Arena.

Valencia's Roig Arena will host the Japan Sound Quest festival on December 18th, an event dedicated to Japanese video game music featuring the renowned composer Nobuo Uematsu.

The festival will showcase music from Japanese video games and will feature special guest Nobuo Uematsu, composer of the classic Final Fantasy soundtracks. Uematsu will perform with his group Tiki Show, which also includes Chihiro Fujioka, director of Super Mario RPG.
Other notable artists include pianist Kumi Tanioka, known for her contributions to Final Fantasy XI and Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles, as well as music for Super Smash Bros and Yoshi and the Mysterious Book. Composer Noriyuki Iwadare will also participate, performing pieces from titles such as Grandia and Lunar.
The event, which will pay tribute to great figures in video game music, will feature unique collaborations between artists on stage. This will mark Nobuo Uematsu's first full concert in Spain.
Tickets for Japan Sound Quest will go on sale on Tuesday, June 30th, at 5 PM via the Roig Arena website.
