The company Invext continues its real estate strategy, driving new operations in the American market, consolidating its activity in the logistics sector, and developing new residential promotions in the Valencian Community.
In the residential sector, Invext Real Estate is promoting four developments in the province of Valencia, each with between 25 and 30 homes. These developments will be located in various areas such as Valencia capital and Alboraia. The homes will be free-market, primarily two and three-bedroom units, and will include a garage space and storage room. Deliveries are expected between 2027 and 2028, bringing nearly 200 homes to the market.

The price of the homes will be competitive, ranging approximately between 230,000 and 300,000 euros. The company's management has highlighted the importance of offering affordable options, especially for young people seeking their first home.
Furthermore, the group has initiated two operations in the state of Florida, specifically in Miami and Ocala. In Miami, a residential project is being developed based on the transformation of existing assets, while in Ocala, the company is focusing on land acquisition and management for urban development. These operations are planned for 2027.
In parallel, Invext continues its activity in the logistics sector, with projects in the Valencian Community, including assets in locations such as Parc Sagunt, Catarroja, Riba-roja, and Quart de Poblet. One of these assets, in Quart de Poblet, has an area of 17,000 square meters and is currently in the commercialization phase, with completion expected in early May.
