The promoter associations Promfest, MúsicaProCV, Profest, and Fotur have requested an urgent meeting with the València City Council and the Generalitat to resolve the situation of festivals at the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències, which affects thousands of people and millions of euros.

The lack of response from the administrations leaves the celebration of these events in limbo, creating uncertainty for over 80,000 ticket buyers and 8,000 direct and indirect workers. Promoters regret that, two weeks after their request, no meeting has yet been scheduled.
The sector warns of a direct economic impact of 40 million euros for the city of València and a collection of 2 million euros for CACSA that are at risk. Furthermore, they emphasize the importance of protecting València's credibility as a "València Music City" and the musical tourism model promoted by the Generalitat.

Both the judicial ruling and the communication sent by the City Council to CACSA do not, by themselves, prevent the celebration of the festivals, but rather propose their development under compliance with acoustic regulations.

Promoters insist that the festivals remain scheduled, as they have not received any formal notification from CACSA prohibiting their realization, provided that compliance with acoustic regulations is guaranteed. A previous meeting with the city council, scheduled for April 7, was canceled due to agenda conflicts, despite efforts to find a consensual solution.
