This initiative is part of the institutional commitment to disseminate the heritage of the province's towns. The publication, prepared by the La Fontanella Cultural Association of Costur and edited by the Diputación's Publications Service, compiles and documents traditional dry stone constructions.
The dry stone technique is deeply linked to the rural history and landscape of the Valencian territory, being a key element of its cultural legacy. The presentation underscores the importance of preserving and publicizing these ancestral practices.
“"This work reflects the provincial institution's commitment to the conservation and dissemination of cultural heritage."
The Diputación has stated that it will continue to support projects that allow the wealth of the province's 135 municipalities to be valued and brought closer to citizens, thus strengthening the identity and memory of the territory.
