The ASPA Alicante 2026 Awards gala, held on June 9 at the MARQ Alicante, has recognized the quality of the province's wines, with three awards for wines from La Marina Alta.

The Association of Sommeliers of the Province of Alicante (ASPA), together with the Regulatory Council DOP Alicante, organized the ASPA Awards ceremony in Alicante. The event, which had the collaboration of various institutions, brought together more than 25 wineries from the province.
A jury composed of 20 judges from ASPA selected the best wines in six categories: white, red, rosé, sweet, sparkling, and Fondillón. The president of ASPA, Jose Diego Ortega, highlighted the high standard of the wines and participating professionals.

"We are proud of the quality of our wines and the judges who participated in this competition."
