The State Commission against Violence, Racism, Xenophobia, and Intolerance in Sport has proposed a 10,000 euro fine for Elche CF for disobeying National Police instructions during the team bus reception in Alicante.

This proposed fine, submitted to the Government Subdelegation in Alicante, stems from the club's conduct during the bus's arrival before the match against RCD Mallorca. Although the event was authorized by the security coordinator of the Martínez Valero stadium and organized by the club and the Grada de Animación fan group, the established guidelines were not followed.
According to the report evaluated by the permanent commission of the body, the team bus "disobeyed the instructions of the National Police and Local Police agents involved in the operation, slowed down, and followed the directions of leaders of the ultra fan group Jove Elx".

The bus disobeyed the instructions of the National Police and Local Police agents involved in the operation, slowed down, and followed the directions of leaders of the ultra fan group Jove Elx.

The National Police's proceedings detail that the vehicle stopped at a prohibited point and that the club's delegate expressly disregarded the security coordinator's warnings. Ultimately, players and coaching staff disembarked at that location and accessed the protected area on foot.
This action is considered by Antiviolencia (Anti-Violence Commission) to be a serious infraction of Law 19/2007 of July 11, against violence, racism, xenophobia, and intolerance in sport, which is the reason for the proposed financial penalty.
