The Torrevieja City Council has approved the tender for the redevelopment works of Phase I of the Casa Grande industrial park, an action with a budget of 1,981,001 euros to modernize this strategic area.

The intervention, with an execution period of seven months, will begin after the signing of the staking out certificate. The project is multi-year, with an investment of 450,000 euros in 2026 and 1,531,001 euros in 2027.
The Casa Grande industrial park is the main industrial hub of the city, but currently presents deficiencies in its urbanization that affect accessibility, service networks, and road and pedestrian safety. This situation has motivated a comprehensive action for its modernization.
The works planned in this first phase will allow for the renovation of road infrastructures, improvement of paving, and updating of urban service networks, in addition to reinforcing the safety and functionality of the public space. The project is designed to ensure technical coherence with future phases, within a global redevelopment plan for the industrial park.
The action will focus on the sector between Pañol Street and Rosa Mazón Avenue, including both complete roads and several interior streets such as Obenque, Estay, Ballestringe, Ciaboga, Gabia, and Calabrote, as well as part of Delfina Viudes Avenue.
With this tender, the city council reinforces its commitment to the modernization of productive infrastructures, with the aim of fostering job creation, improving the competitiveness of the business fabric, and consolidating a safer and better-prepared environment for economic growth.
