The event, organized by the Parents and Mothers Association of Hurchillo School, the Hurchillo Public School, and the Orihuela City Council's Health Department, had the collaboration of various entities. These included the Sports Department, Caja Rural Central, Frutos Secos.com, Vega Fibra, Rotary Club of Orihuela, Imprenta Minerva, and Fisioterapia Daniel González DGA.
Despite the rain that accompanied part of the day, participation was not affected, reflecting the commitment and solidarity of residents and attendees. The success achieved already suggests the organization of a third edition of this charity walk.
“"We have been working with the Parents and Mothers Association for a long time, and it has been a great success in terms of participation despite the rain."
The walk also had the support of FM Music and the Hurchillo Festival Commission, who helped liven up the festive atmosphere. The collaboration of the Local Police and the Spanish Red Cross was crucial for the smooth running of the event, ensuring the safety of participants.
The second edition of this initiative consolidates the walk as a benchmark charity event in Hurchillo, reinforcing the collective commitment to the fight against childhood cancer and demonstrating the community's ability to unite for a good cause.
