This initiative, published in the Diari Oficial de la Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV), will allow companies to apply for these plots under both purchase and sale agreements and surface rights. The conditions have been designed to be attractive and support businesses, SMEs, and self-employed individuals in launching new industrial projects.

Minister Marian Cano highlighted the strategic value of the business parks promoted by the Generalitat, both for their proximity to major communication infrastructures and for their increasingly sustainable and advanced management model. She emphasized that the province of Castellón has a "solid industrial vocation, entrepreneurial tradition, and a competitive productive fabric," making it an ideal location for new business investments.

Applications will be evaluated under a competitive bidding process, considering criteria such as job creation and maintenance, the integration of people with functional diversity, and the promotion of initiatives linked to the social economy. Industrial investment, the promotion of R&D&i, and whether the business establishment involves a relocation from the municipal urban center will also be valued. Additionally, proposals offering complementary services that could benefit all companies located in the business park will be considered.

The application submission process is already underway and will remain open until March 31, 2027. Interested companies can register their proposals at the general registry of Ivace+i, at the Alcalà de Xivert City Council, or at any of the registries provided for in Law 39/2015 on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
