This action aims to evolve from simple document digitization to an advanced process management model. According to the regional administration, the system will allow for intelligent and automatic monitoring of the healthcare journey, fostering more agile coordination between hospitals, primary care, and central services.

The project is part of the Digital Health Strategy of the Comunitat Valenciana. The goal is to strengthen management capacity, improve organizational efficiency, and provide more uniform care to all citizens, while reducing the administrative burden on healthcare professionals.

The corporate platform, which is already implemented, will be the tool used to design and monitor these new care circuits. In addition, the contract includes strengthening the Corporate Development Area, which will be responsible for the continuous improvement of processes, as well as providing technical support and advanced training for healthcare staff.
