Vitalia Gandia establishes itself as a benchmark in the Valencian Community, proposing a «5-star» residential model that prioritizes freedom, the elimination of restraints, and the use of advanced technology. The main goal is for residents to regain their independence and feel their stay is a true home.
At the heart of this project are the so-called «Houses», reduced cohabitation units where a maximum of 15 people reside. This structure breaks away from traditional residential formats, fostering intimate and familiar spaces. Each House has its own living room, kitchen, and dining room, allowing residents to maintain daily routines in a warm and personalized environment. The center's architecture reinforces this philosophy, with 95% of places in individual rooms with private bathrooms, natural light, and direct access to spacious gardens and terraces.
Care is based on a Person-Centered Attention (PCA) model, where each resident has a personal tutor who coordinates their needs, supported by a medical service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Furthermore, the center stands out for its neurorehabilitation and functional recovery unit, featuring cutting-edge technologies advised by Hospital San Vicente. This unit specializes in treating brain damage, enabling one in three people to regain their autonomy. This service is available for both permanent residents and temporary post-operative stays.
Emotional well-being is a fundamental pillar in this new residence. It offers its own kitchen with homemade menus and a double daily choice, as well as the option to have breakfast in the room to respect each resident's rhythm. The center promotes family freedom with unrestricted visits, a private family dining room for celebrations, and a fully equipped apartment for family accommodation, including sleeping with the resident.
Vitalia Gandia is also an example of urban ecology, generating over 50% of its energy through solar panels and biomass. Additionally, it represents an economic driver for the Beniopa area, creating 80 jobs. The center, located at Pg. de les Germanies, 99 (46702 Gandia), is now accepting appointments for those interested in learning more about this new model of quality care.
