The Gandia City Council has launched seven service points to facilitate in-person applications for the vulnerability certificate, a key document for temporary residency authorization.

This certificate is necessary in certain cases to apply for temporary residency authorization due to exceptional circumstances linked to extraordinary roots. Interested individuals can complete this process at various locations throughout the city.
Among the enabled points are the Citizen Service Offices (Registry), located at Carmelites Street, 2; Mare de Déu Blanqueta Street, 19; and Sants de la Pedra Street, 16. Additionally, the service will also be available at the city's social centers.
The social centers offering this service are located at Moreria Street, 11; Beniopa Avenue, 33-35; and Mar Avenue, 6. Furthermore, the PANGEA service, located at Xocolateres Square, 6, will also handle applications.

"All individuals wishing to complete the process will be attended to by municipal services."
