The race, which once again demonstrated its great convening power, took place in a festive atmosphere. The streets of Gandia were colored by the high citizen involvement, consolidating this event as one of the most prominent on the local calendar.

The importance of the event lies not only in its sporting dimension but also in its charitable aspect. Part of the proceeds will be allocated to the Spanish Foundation for Chronic Diseases.

This foundation focuses on the research of rare diseases with a higher incidence in women, as well as the development of gene therapies to combat them.
