The new structure, which reorders the commissions into four sections, was approved on September 9 by the Gandia Fallas Assembly with 18 votes in favor. This proposal, presented by various commissions, seeks to modify the current classification.

The distribution of commissions for the 2027 season is as follows:

The Special Section will include Falla Vilanova, Falla Mártires, Falla Plaza del Mercado, Falla Sagrada Familia Corea, Falla Calle Mayor y Paseo, and Falla Plaza Prado.

The First Section will consist of Falla Grau, Falla Beniopa, Falla Paseo Lluís Belda, Falla Plaza Elíptica, Falla Roís de Corella, and Falla Plaza Sant Josep Raval.

The Second Section will house Falla Parc Alqueria Nova, Falla Marqués de Campo-Perú, Falla L’Alquerieta y Museo Fallero, Falla Benirredrà, Falla Barrio Cristo Rey, and Falla Plaza Ejército Español Jardinet.

Finally, the Third Section will include Falla Sant Nicolau Mosquit, Falla Barrio Benipeixcar, Falla Avenida República Argentina, Falla Serpis, and Falla Escuela Pía.

This new classification has been established based on the census coefficient, calculated by assigning 1 point for each adult 'fallero' or 'fallera' and 0.3 points for each child 'fallero' or 'fallera'. Some commissions requested section changes, resulting in significant movements.

Compared to the initial distribution, Falla Plaza Prado moves up to the Special Section, while Falla Paseo Lluís Belda moves down. In the First Section, Falla Grau and Falla Plaza Elíptica move up, and Falla Parc Alqueria Nova and Falla Benirredrà move down.

Regarding the monument awards, the distribution is as follows: the Special Section and First Section will each have 6 Fallas and 5 pennants. The Second Section will have 6 Fallas and 4 pennants, and the Third Section will have 5 Fallas and 3 pennants.
