The Escrapalia platform has initiated a public auction in Sueca, in La Ribera Baixa, offering a non-urbanizable land plot with a 90% discount on its appraised value.

The plot, spanning 3,700 square meters and located in Partida Mareny, has an initial price of 38,000 euros. This amount represents a significant reduction from its appraised value of 380,000 euros. This action is part of the liquidation process of the real estate company Reyal Urbis.
The auction will remain open until May 11. To participate, a guarantee deposit exceeding 7,600 euros is required. This deposit will be returned to all participants, except for the highest bidder, who must use it towards the final payment of the acquisition price.
This plot in Sueca is part of a larger package of Reyal Urbis assets, which includes a total of 124,000 square meters of urbanizable and non-urbanizable land. These properties are distributed across various regions, including A Coruña, Huelva, Zamora, and Barcelona.
Since April 2024, the auction portal Escrapalia has put up for sale a total of 170 assets from the liquidation of Reyal Urbis. The combined initial valuation of these assets amounted to 407 million euros. The real estate company was declared in voluntary bankruptcy in 2013 and liquidated in 2017 by Commercial Court number 6, after years of failing to reach an agreement with its creditors.
Escrapalia, part of the Surus Group, is known for its model that promotes asset reuse and contributes to the circular and local economy, facilitating access to goods that are usually difficult to acquire.
