The capital of La Plana is hosting a series of free magic workshops throughout the summer and until October, organized by the Department of Neighborhoods and Citizen Participation. The aim is to revitalize neighborhoods and offer leisure and cultural alternatives to residents.
The Councilor for Neighborhoods, Paco Cabañero, highlighted the importance of these events for "a more vibrant city," noting that the workshops are designed for families, with a special focus on children between 8 and 12 years old.
Upcoming sessions include performances on June 19th in Grup Perpetuo Socorro (4:00 PM) and on June 23rd in Grup Tombatossals (7:00 PM). In July, there will be three events: on July 15th in Grup Reyes, on July 25th in Penyeta Roja, and on July 31st in La Marjaleria, all at 7:00 PM.
For August, three more workshops are planned: on August 5th in the Benadressa neighborhood (6:00 PM), on August 7th in Polígono Rafalafena (8:00 PM), and on August 12th in Grup San Agustín y San Marcos (7:00 PM).
The campaign will conclude on October 9th, coinciding with the Valencian Community Day, with a session at 12:00 PM in Grup Rosario.
