The paddler from Antella has won the silver medal in the K-4 500 event during the second round of the Canoe World Cup, held this weekend in Brandenburg, Germany.

The Spanish boat, featuring the athlete from Antella and her teammates, has once again demonstrated its high competitive level in the sprint discipline. After a controlled qualifying phase, the national team secured their spot in the final, where they maintained a steady pace to take silver with a time of 1:33:95, only surpassed by the Chinese boat.
This result marks a new milestone for the athlete, who already won the same medal in the first round of the world circuit held in Szeged, Hungary. With this performance, the team reaffirms its position as one of the international leaders in the K-500.
In addition to the K-4 event, the paddler participated in the K-2 500 competition. Although they missed the A final by just a few hundredths of a second in the semifinals, the team showed their resilience by winning the B final with a time of 1:48:72.
The next challenge for the athlete from Antella and the rest of the team will be the European Sprint Championships, which will take place from June 10 to 14 in Montemor, Portugal.
