This event represents a significant qualitative leap for the race, which will become the first gravel event on the national S-CER 2026 calendar. This fact places Utiel in the spotlight of Spanish motorsport, highlighting its relevance in the sports scene.
Thanks to the support of the Generalitat Valenciana and the Valencian Community Automobile Federation, the rally will feature unprecedented infrastructure. The service park and operations center will be located at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo, making it the only championship event with such facilities.
The route will leverage the experience of the gravel sections used in the FIA Motorsport Games, offering a technical and demanding course for participating teams. Utiel will serve as the central hub of the event, hosting both the opening ceremony scheduled for Friday and the trophy presentation on Saturday afternoon.

A spokesperson for the organization has stated that the poster is the first heartbeat of all that is to come and has emphasized the collective nature of the rally, involving residents, volunteers, teams, and institutions. With this new edition, the Rallye Ciudad de Utiel strengthens its position within the national calendar and consolidates the town as one of the prominent enclaves of motorsport in Spain.
