The Onda City Council has highlighted the transformation of La Campaneta into a driving force for local revitalization. This space, formerly a ceramic factory, has become a versatile center that enriches the cultural, social, and economic life of the municipality, with active participation from citizens, associations, and businesses.
La Campaneta's programming is continuous and diverse, including concerts, presentations, technical workshops, business meetings, and neighborhood initiatives. Among the most notable events have been European gatherings such as the URBACT program workshops, professional conferences, and technical roundtables organized by entities like the College of Architects and the Ceramic Technology Institute (ITC).
Furthermore, it has hosted important business events such as Focus Pyme Onda, innovation workshops, Red Impulso meetings, and corporate events for companies like Peronda Group and Acrilatos. In the cultural sphere, it has featured musical performances by UMSCO and SAMVO, piano concerts, series like Candlelight, exhibitions, and performing arts activities, as well as social, sports, and educational initiatives for all audiences.
“"The space has become a vibrant place open to all citizens, capable of transforming the cultural and social life of the municipality. Likewise, La Campaneta acts as a benchmark and engine of activity for local associations, businesses, and groups."
The open nature of the facilities, made available to associations, groups, and businesses, has been key to fostering citizen participation and strengthening the local fabric, consolidating it as a tool for social cohesion. La Campaneta's reach has extended beyond borders, being recognized in 2024 as a good practice by the URBACT program, positioning Onda as a benchmark in urban regeneration and heritage reuse.
