The municipal agency Onda Inserta has launched a new training program for 25 young people aged 16 to 30, focusing on commerce, logistics, and warehousing activities, with the aim of improving their employability.

This course, which will run until June 1, seeks to facilitate the first access to the labor market for young people enrolled in the Youth Guarantee Plan. The initiative reinforces the Onda City Council's commitment to useful training aimed at real job placement in the municipality.
During the 120 hours of the program, taught in the mornings, students will acquire multidisciplinary knowledge. The course calendar is structured into various modules covering employability and digital skills for employment, as well as more technical areas such as auxiliary commerce, logistics, and warehousing activities, and obtaining the Food Handler certificate.
Among the most notable integrated programs, the course includes theoretical and practical training for forklift operation, one of the most demanded skills by the business and industrial sector in Onda and its surroundings.

"We are clear that the best investment is the one we make in the training of our young people. We want the residents of Onda to have all the tools at their disposal to be competitive and to be able to fill the vacancies demanded by the companies in our municipality."

This specific training, designed to facilitate job placement in Onda's productive and commercial environment, makes the most of municipal facilities. Classes are held in the Assembly Hall of the Monteblanco Training and Employment Center, while specific digital skills sessions will be taught in the computer room of the Casa de la Cultura, thus ensuring that young people have the best technical resources and an adequate environment for their learning and professional preparation.
