The Onda Flamenca 2026 festival, taking place from May 15 to 17 in Raval de San José, has unveiled its lineup featuring La Cabra Mecánica and a special appearance by Fran Rivera, offering a free and accessible cultural program for all audiences.

The Onda City Council presented on April 14 the official program for the fifth edition of Onda Flamenca 2026, an event already established in the town's cultural calendar. This festival will bring together concerts, activities, and gastronomy, reinforcing the municipality's commitment to a popular, free, and accessible cultural offering.
All programming will be concentrated in Raval de San José, which will become the epicenter of flamenco and rumba for three days. The Culture Councilor, Daniel Álvaro, explained that a more intimate format has been chosen to enhance the audience's experience and boost local hospitality, fostering a close atmosphere where residents and visitors can share music, gastronomy, and community.

"This year we have opted to go a step further and offer a more intimate format, concentrating all the programming in a unique space like Raval de San José."

The festival will kick off on Friday, May 15, at 7:00 PM with a performance by De Calle, followed at 8:00 PM by a Tribute to Camela. Saturday, May 16, will feature the main acts with Los Makis (12:30 PM), Desde Dentro (5:00 PM), and Efraín (6:30 PM). At 8:00 PM, the concert by La Cabra Mecánica will take place, followed by DJ Flamenco to close the night.
Sunday, May 17, will focus on a more family-friendly atmosphere, with a children's flamenco workshop (11:00 AM) and performances by De Jaleo (12:30 PM) and Isra Maldonado (5:00 PM). The grand finale will be performed by Una y nos vamos (6:30 PM), with the special participation of former bullfighter Fran Rivera on guitar, adding a unique element to the festival's closing.
Onda Flamenca has established itself as one of the most prominent cultural events in the province, thanks to a history that has brought together top-level artists. Previous editions have featured names such as Pastora Soler, Manzanita, and Falete, while the 2023 lineup included Antonio Carmona, Los Chichos, Camela, La Húngara, and Los Makis. The artistic level was maintained in 2024 with Canelita and Azúcar Moreno, and in 2025 with Los Yakis and Tijeritas, confirming the evolution of a festival that has grown without losing its popular and accessible essence.
Beyond music, the festival seeks to boost the economy and project Onda's image as a cultural destination, combining open-air concerts, activities for all audiences, and the promotion of local gastronomy. With free admission and continuous programming, Onda Flamenca 2026 presents an opportunity to enjoy a complete weekend where culture takes to the streets and becomes a shared experience.
