According to data collected by the municipal tourism resource network, the number of visitors between the start of the program and the close of celebrations exceeded 5,000 people. This influx led to high occupancy rates in heritage sites such as the Castle of the 300 Towers and the historic center, as well as in the various venues hosting the Easter program.
The visitor profile maintains the trend of previous years, with a predominance of national tourism, mainly from the Valencian Community. The Councillor for Tourism of the Onda City Council, María Baila, has positively assessed these figures.
“"Onda has become a city designed for children, where families can enjoy complete experiences of culture, leisure, heritage, and nature. We continue to work to offer quality programming that positions us as a benchmark tourist destination throughout the year."
In parallel, the Onda City Council has implemented an accessible audio guide system in the city's main heritage resources. Through QR codes installed in various tourist enclaves, visitors can easily scan them with their mobile devices and access content in multiple languages 24 hours a day, learning about the history and curiosities of each space autonomously. This initiative reinforces Onda's commitment to innovation in tourism.
The focus on family leisure has been one of the pillars of the programming, consolidating Onda as an attractive destination for traveling with children. The 'Peque Pasqua' filled locations such as the Ermitorio del Salvador and the Parque de la Cerámica with workshops, traditional games, and educational activities. Additionally, initiatives like 'Títeres en el Castillo' brought heritage closer to children in a didactic way.
The festive program also included the Pascua Taurina (Bullfighting Easter) and the Livestock Contest, which gathered thousands of fans in the Bullring. 'Pascua Sonora' brought live music to spaces like the Festival Tent and the Raval, with concerts and DJ sessions, complementing traditional dances at the CIM Montí and religious activities.
