The town of Onda celebrated World Art Day with an inclusive initiative in Pla Square, where users from the El Molí Occupational Center and local residents created open-air art, fostering integration and creativity.

Onda's Pla Square was transformed into a large open-air canvas to commemorate World Art Day. This activity, promoted by the Onda City Council and the users of the El Molí Occupational Center, highlighted the talent, creativity, and integration of the participants.
During the morning, the center's users engaged in artistic activities in the square, joined by residents who wished to participate in the celebration. The mayor of Onda, Carmina Ballester, attended the event to show institutional support for the center and her passion for art.

"Today, Onda once again demonstrates that art knows no barriers and is a powerful tool for inclusion. From the City Council, we will continue to promote initiatives that value people and foster a more inclusive society."

The celebration is part of the Onda City Council's strategy to bring culture closer to the public and encourage citizen participation. The success of this event reaffirms the council's commitment to inclusion and the center's work to improve the quality of life for people with functional diversity.
In parallel, the Onda City Council continues to strengthen its commitment to social inclusion and the development of initiatives linked to art and local identity. In Plaza España, specifically in the Municipal Market, a ceramic intervention is being carried out to revitalize the space and promote local shopping.
As part of the urban beautification program “Onda Bonica,” the center's users are creating two large 'trencadís' ceramic panels that will adorn the market's interior. These artistic and participatory pieces highlight the local ceramic tradition and enhance the image of one of the municipality's most representative enclaves. This initiative also benefits from the collaboration of the Onda-based company Realonda, which has contributed ceramic material, consolidating a model of collaboration that integrates social inclusion, creativity, and the promotion of local ceramic identity.
