The José Vicente Felip Monlleó Municipal Library in Nules hosted the presentation of the book awarded the Flor Natural in the latest edition of the Jocs Florals Vila de Nules, one of the most prestigious prizes of the literary contest.

The Flor Natural, a prize sponsored by the Nules City Council with 4,000 euros and the publication of the work, was awarded to Mercé Estrela Tena for her work Jo am. The author, originally from Catarroja, has professionally dedicated herself to teaching Valencian and, since her retirement, has focused on writing.
The event was led by the author herself, who read excerpts from her work. Also in attendance were representatives from the municipal corporation, members of the Jocs Florals jury, and prize sponsors. Additionally, the rules for the next edition of the literary contest were announced.

"The jury considered that the presentation of the winning work of the Flor Natural should have its own prominence, and what better way than to present the winning book at the Nules Book Fair."
